1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by StretchUp ("we," "our," or "us"), including our website (stretchup.ae), mobile applications, WhatsApp booking service, and in-studio services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

StretchUp provides recovery and wellness services in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Our services include, but are not limited to:

Assisted stretching
Massage therapy
Manual therapy
Red-light therapy
Compression recovery
Oxygen boost

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time with reasonable notice.

3. Bookings and Appointments

When booking an appointment with StretchUp:

You must be 18 years or older to book services independently
You must provide accurate and complete information when booking
Appointment confirmations are subject to therapist availability
You must disclose any relevant medical conditions, injuries, or health concerns prior to service

4. Cancellation Policy and Session Guidelines

Cancellation Notice

You must notify us at least 3 hours before the scheduled time to cancel a session
If you fail to cancel within this timeframe, the session will be considered as used
No-shows without prior notice will result in the session being counted as fully used
Rescheduling is free of charge if done at least 3 hours before the appointment

Attire and Punctuality Requirements

Clients must arrive on time for scheduled appointments
You must wear appropriate sportswear and socks for the session
This ensures comfort and safety during the activities

5. Packages and Minutes

StretchUp offers minute-based packages that can be used across various services. The following terms apply to all packages:

Packages are non-transferable unless otherwise stated (e.g., sharing packages)
Packages cannot be redeemed for cash value
Prices and offers are subject to change; purchased packages honour the price paid
Unlimited packages are subject to fair-use policies

Package Validity Periods

Your purchased minutes come with an expiry date from the date of purchase:

100 minutes — valid for 5 weeks
300 minutes — valid for 4 months
500 minutes — valid for 6 months

We are flexible with expiry dates, as our primary goal is to keep our clients happy and satisfied. Please reach out if you need any adjustments to your schedule, and we will do our best to accommodate you.

6. Payment and Refunds

Payment Terms

All prices are quoted in UAE Dirhams (AED) and are inclusive of 5% Value Added Tax (VAT) in accordance with UAE Federal Law. A valid Tax Invoice will be provided for all transactions.

Payment is due at the time of booking or before service unless otherwise agreed
We accept credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and other approved payment methods

Refund Policy

Individual services: refundable if cancelled within the cancellation period
Packages: refunds are prorated with used minutes deducted at full price
Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email
Processing may take 10–15 business days

7. Health and Medical Disclaimer

StretchUp services are wellness and recovery in nature. Please note:

Our services are not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment
Consult your physician before starting any new wellness programme
You must inform your therapist of all medical conditions, injuries, and medications
You participate in services at your own risk and assume responsibility for your well-being
StretchUp is not liable for any injury resulting from failure to disclose relevant health information

8. User Responsibilities

As a user of our services, you agree to:

Provide accurate and complete registration and booking information
Maintain the security of your account credentials
Arrive on time for scheduled appointments
Treat staff, therapists, and other clients with respect
Follow studio safety and hygiene protocols
Not engage in any activity that disrupts our services or harms our facilities

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our website and applications, including text, images, logos, designs, and videos, is the intellectual property of StretchUp. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or commercially use any of these materials without prior written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

StretchUp is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific service or package in question
We do not guarantee specific health or wellness outcomes
We are not responsible for delays or disruptions beyond our reasonable control

11. Home Service

For clients booking home services:

You must provide a safe and suitable environment for service delivery
Additional fees may apply depending on location
StretchUp reserves the right to decline service if the environment is unsuitable or unsafe

12. User Accounts

If you create an account with us:

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms

13. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Dubai, UAE.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
